I had multiple companies come out and quote our back yard for turf. They were very competitive and with their coupon you just couldn't beat the price. The sales rep was wonderful and I didn't feel like I was getting a high pressure sales job when I went in the showroom. Install crew was great and they got it done in 2 days. I would highly recommend them. We had one small thing I called about after the install and they were back out there within a couple of days to fix and all is great! They stand by their product.

Wow, there is so much to love about this turf style. My wife and I did our due diligence and exhausted every synthetic turf dealer in our area. Time and time again we came back to SynLawn and the Augustine X47 product. Simply put, this is the best looking and best quality turf we found. Yes, it was a bit more than some of the competitors, but for something like this, we didn't want to "settle" for anything less than the best. We went to all the hardware stores and looked at the turf offerings there, but nothing even came close to the quality of the SynAugustine product. SYNLawn was installed at my office location seven months ago. There is a lot of foot traffic at my corner location. The product has maintained its appearance. We own two large dogs and for years we fought with trying to keep our backyard looking green and clean. Since we had SYNLawn installed the cleaning of waste is easier, no muddy areas. Over all much more hygienic then before. Dealing with Chesapeake Bay Synthetic Landscapes was also wonderful experience. They did a great job installing and have been following up with us on a regular basis to make sure we are happy.

I recently had my synlawn (SYNTipede 214) installed by Chesapeake bay Synthetic Landscapes. Now my back yard is no longer muddy or soggy. We just had a complete nightfall and day of rain and it still is not feeling "wet", I walk on it barefoot and the kids play on it having tons of fun. I am so excited at the prospects of being able to have a normal summer with outside play, pool time and running through the sprinklers without getting muddy. My favorite features are, it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, (so green and pretty), soft for the kids to play, easy to maintain, no chemicals needed to maintain it, and the drainage which is essential while living in a wet zone. I highly recommend this for anyone with a small or large yard who are just tired of spending endless amounts of money trying to maintain a regular lawn.

The sales rep told us that the X43 product was "the best of the best" when it came to quality and durability. Of course when you hear that you're thinking it's just salesman talk, but in this case, I fully believe it. We put this grass in a high-traffic common area and it has performed beautifuly. Where we once had nothing but concrete we now have a lush beautiful space that everyone can enjoy walking on.

We are using this product at a multi-use event facility that hosts all kinds of community events including weddings and art shows. This has been an absolute blessing as it suits the needs of our community on so many levels. Not only does it look great, the cleanup and maintenance is a Godsend. In my humble opinion, other municipalities with similar spaces need to look into this product.
